Filling my tummy; it feels content
You go well with pb & j
You make cereal not so crunchy
You and some sugar make some great yogurt
You soften the heat of spicy salsa or dips
You are an ingredient in cheese, in ice cream, in smoothies!
Sweet and creamy whiteness
Curse my aching stomach
No, I'm not lactose intolerant
And neither is my tummy
It just denies milk happy passage into my digestive system
